Bryan Greenwood
Bryan Greenwood received his training from some of Canada's most prestigious names in dance. His experience includes ballet, Graham modern, jazz and highland dancing. His ballet teachers have included Glenn Gilmour, Nadia Potts, Lois Smith and Earl Kraul. Bryan attended Ryerson Theatre School and has a firm grounding in dance theory & pedagogy, as well as in lighting and sound design and production. Bryan has performed with the Montreal-based national folkdance ensemble Les Sortileges as well as with Ontario Folk Ballet Theatre. He has choreographed for Les Sortileges, Sullivan Productions/CBC Television and "The Road to Avonlea". Mr. Greenwood has also taught dance at the Claude Watson and Earl Haig Schools for the Arts and acted as dance curriculum consultant for the Brant County board of education. He first appeared with La Belle Danse in 2002. |
